At MIMIYAGA, every press-on nail set is handcrafted and made to order. Because each order is created specifically for you, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After production has begun or an order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Returns
Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Change of mind or personal preference

Orders that have already entered production

Shipped orders

Used or worn products
Please measure your nails carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the most appropriate solution, including a replacement or resend where applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if:

Your order cannot be fulfilled.

An incorrect item was sent and cannot reasonably be replaced.

A confirmed manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through a replacement.
Refunds are not available for sizing mistakes, personal preferences, or normal variations that naturally occur in handcrafted products.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Handmade Variations
Every nail set is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in brushwork, color placement, texture, or embellishment are part of the handmade process and should not be considered defects.
