How long does it take to make my order?
Each MIMIYAGA set is handmade and made to order by the founder. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Orders are made in the order they are received. Every set is carefully painted, checked, and packed by hand before shipping.
Are MIMIYAGA nails handmade?
Yes. Every MIMIYAGA set is handmade by me.
I don’t mass-produce, outsource, or buy ready-made nails to resell. Each set is made one by one with time, care, and attention to detail.
What you see in the product photos is the design you will receive, handmade with care just for you.
Are the nails exactly the same as the photos?
Yes, what you see is what you will receive.
All product photos show the actual design style of the nail set. Since each set is handmade, very small handmade differences may occur, but I always do my best to keep the color, details, and overall design as close to the photos as possible.
Please note that colors may look slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location, the carrier, customs, and seasonal delays.
Once your order has been made and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
When will I get my order?
Your total waiting time includes both production time and shipping time.
Production usually takes 3–5 business days. After your order ships, delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
We do our best to make and ship every order as quickly as possible, but please understand that handmade production and carrier delivery times may vary.

How do I choose the right size?
Please check our size guide before placing your order to find your best fit.
You can measure your natural nails and compare them with our size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the slightly larger size and gently filing the sides for a better fit.
Can I customize my nail size?
Yes. Custom sizing is available.
Please make sure to measure your nails carefully before ordering. Since each set is handmade according to your selected size, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes.
